What time are check-in and check-out?
The check-in is from 2:00 pm onwards.
Check-out time is 12:00 pm.

 

Arriving after midnight?
Our Front Desk operates 24 hours a day, and you may check in at any time.


If your arrival is after midnight, please inform us in advance by email or phone so we can ensure your reservation remains active and your room is held.

 

Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in and may be made in cash or by credit card authorization with the guest’s signature.

 

What payment types are accepted by the hotel?
Accepted modes of payment include all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB), cash, China UnionPay, WeChat Pay, and Alipay+.

 

How many people can stay in one room?

  • Deluxe Room, Executive Room, Carlton Club Room, Executive Suite, and One-Bedroom Entertainment Suite:

Accommodate up to 3 adults (the 3rd adult is subject to an additional charge if the original booking is for 2 adults), or 2 adults and 1 child (up to 11 years old).
One child up to 11 years old may stay free of charge when sharing the room with parents without extra bed.

  • Family Room:
    Accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children (up to 11 years old).
  • Two-Bedroom Suites:
    Accommodate up to 6 guests.

An extra bed is available upon request and subject to availability.

  • THB 1,500++ for Deluxe Room, Executive Room, Family Room, and Executive Suite
  • THB 2,000++ for Carlton Club Room, One Bedroom Suite, and Two-Bedroom Suites

 

TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN

Child Policy
Room only: Complimentary accommodation is provided for children aged 0 to 11 years when sharing existing bed with a parent.

Room with Breakfast: Complimentary accommodation is provided for children aged 0 to 5 years when sharing existing bed with a parent. For children aged 6 to 11 years, an additional charge for breakfast will apply if not selected at time of reservation.

Baby Cot: A complimentary baby cot is available upon request for children aged 0 to 3 years, subject to availability.

Extra Bed: Requests for an extra bed will be subject to an additional charge.

Complimentary parking is available for in-house guests, restaurant guests, and meeting attendees.
Guests must collect a parking ticket and have it validated at the outlet or event venue used.
