Carlton Club Lounge

Club guests enjoy privileged access to the Carlton Club Lounge on the 33rd floor. Benefits include personalized check-in and check-out services in the lobby or the club lounge, complimentary breakfast, snacks and drinks throughout the day, and pre-dinner beverages and canapés in a comfortable private lounge. Outdoor seating is also available.

Carlton Club Lounge Benefits and Privileges
•    Complimentary daily buffet breakfast at Plate Restaurant located on the lower ground floor from 6:00 am to 10:30 am.
•    Complimentary coffee, tea and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day at Carlton Club Lounge from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm. 
•    Complimentary pre-dinner beverages and canapés from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm (last order 7:45 pm). (Alcoholic beverages will not be served to individuals under 20 years of age as per Thai law or to guests that appear to be intoxicated)
•    Complimentary meeting room at the Carlton Club Lounge for 2 hours per stay (subject to availability)
•    For Non-Club guests, an additional charge of THB 1,000++ per person per day will be applied and charged to your room. (Subject to 10% service charge and 7% Government tax)

•   Complimentary 2 pieces of laundry per person per day exclude dry cleaning and express service. (Non-accumulative)
•   Complimentary late check-out at 3:00 pm (subject to room availability)
•   Complimentary local phone calls to landlines within Bangkok only

Regulations 
•    The dress code for our Carlton Club Lounge is business/smart casual which excludes hot shorts, beachwear, bathrobes, sportswear, slippers, and flip-flops.
•    For the comfort of all guests, children aged below 15 years must be accompanied by, and always seated with adults. 
•    Food and Beverages are to be consumed only at the Carlton Club Lounge. Please do not bring our food out to your room as charges will then be incurred and added to your room accordingly
