Cancellation policy and booking flexibility

“In view of the current COVID-19 situation, potential regulatory restrictions and border closures which may be imposed from time to time, all reservations that are booked and stay between today until 31st December 2021, may be amended or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before scheduled arrival. The new arrival date must be within 31st March 2022, whereas accommodation will be subject to hotel availability at time of confirmation. 
 
All reservations that are scheduled for arrival from 1st January 2022 onwards, the cancellation will be subject to policy at time of reservation. 
 
If you or your guests need to adjust reservations, kindly contact us via email service: reservations@carltonhotel.co.th 
 
If you have confirmed your booking with travel agents including third-party agents and online travel agents, please contact them directly for assistance. 
 
The hotel reserves the right to contact all inbound international guests at least 30 days prior to their arrival dates to confirm or cancel their reservations.”
