Cancellation policy and booking flexibility

In these uncertain times, we are providing support to our guests and our business partners. We are doing everything we can to ensure you and your guests travel safety.

Existing Reservations 
-    All reservations that are scheduled for arrival before 31st October 2020 may be amended at no charge up to 24 hours before scheduled arrival. The new arrival date must be confirmed within 22nd December 2020, whereas accommodation will be subject to hotel availability at time of confirmation.  
-    All reservations that are scheduled for arrival from 1st November 2020 onwards, the cancellation will be subject to policy at time of reservation. 

New Reservations 
-    Any reservations booked with stay dates between today and 31st October 2020, for a future arrival date, may be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before scheduled arrival.
-    All reservations that are scheduled for arrival from 1st November 2020 onwards, the cancellation will be subject to policy at time of reservation. 

If you or your guests need to adjust reservations, kindly contact via email service reservations@carltonhotel.co.th for assistance. If you have confirmed your booking with a travel agent including third-party agents and online travel agents, please contact the booking agent directly for further assistance.
